Health Kinesiology (HK) is a complementary therapy that balances the entire energy system of the body.

Using muscle-testing HK identifies the problem areas. Light pressure is applied to a muscle and the response is monitored. Once the stresses are identified, gentle techniques are used to bring the body back into balance and harmony with itself.

Common forms of treatment include the use of magnets, homeopathic remedies, flower essences, or even a particular thought.
